

Phoenix - Parking LOT (Fields/ Games)-
All staff, coaches, umpires, parents, players, etc. are to use/ enter/ exit through the Parking lot (Dirt) located on the corner of Camelback Road and 107th Ave (Directly across from the CVS).
Visiting Locker Room-
Locker Room (A) – Door on your right when facing the building will be utilized for the registration/ player info/ profiles
All Vehicles must park in striped/ designated parking spaces across from the building
Vehicles/ Teams coming for combine time slots can follow these directions:
From EAST
From 101 fwy on to Camelback Road (west)
Turn Right onto Ball Park Blvd. / 111th Ave
Enter into parking lot at 3rd drive way entrance- (pass drive way #1 & #2) – Event Parking Signs will be placed for assistance in directing vehicles to parking spaces in front of locker room
Follow Signs to Building B-(each building is identified by a Letter on the top right hand corner)
From WEST
From Dysart Road turn on to Camelback Road heading east
Turn Left onto Ball Park Blvd. / 111th Ave
Enter into parking lot at 3rd drive way entrance- (pass drive way #1 & #2) – Event Parking Signs will be placed for assistance in directing vehicles to parking spaces in front of locker room
Follow Signs to Building B-(each building is identified by a Letter on the top right hand corner)
ALL Vehicles leaving this area once registration/ player profiles are complete must go out same direction they entered; parking in the Lot across from CVS off of Camelback and 107th Ave. to gain access to the fields
Concessions-
CR-G concessions partner (DNC) will have a stand out at the fields underneath the observation tower providing drinks (water, Gatorade, soda); small snacks: sunflower seeds, peanuts, chips, frozen lemonade.
Water-
All Teams/ Tournaments are to provide and coordinate their own needs per team, dugouts, coolers, ice, trainer needs throughout tournament. Individual teams can bring in coolers for team use.
Facility Access-
Staff, Coaches, Teams, Players, parents, guests, etc. are to stay with the designated foot print / areas that are open for tournament use only.
“Facility Closed” Signs, Rope Lines, Barricades will be set up in areas indicating spaces that off limits to all/ not for use.
ITEMS Permitted-
ALL Ice Chests, Coolers, bags, shall be inspected (Visually) at the entrance gate by staff members for Alcohol.
Alcohol is not permitted on property and any time.
Ice chests, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, seat pads are okay
Individual food bags are allowed; Team meals shall be held off site
Pop up tents can be used in areas that do not disrupt foot traffic, cart traffic, or block the view of playing fields of any guests. They need to stay within the designated areas / foot print set forth by staff and area around fields.
***Guest may be asked to either relocate and or take down at any point in time...
*** I would Not Advertise this as an option as the space is limited; but would prefer to deal with these as one OFF’s
Field Etiquette-
We ask that all teams respect fields and conduct all activities in the outfield grass: stretching, warm ups, catch, pick off moves, etc.
All practice swings shall take place in designated on deck circles and on warning track in the outfield / sidelines
Fly balls- Coaches/ Shaggers to be on warning track hitting out into field
Ground balls- All Players & Coaches to be on warning track dirt (not on grass)
Please Refrain from dumping any ice, Gatorade, soda on to any parts of the field turf
NO Celebratory showers with coolers
